Description
An objective offline technical measurement service for European vehicle buyers and sellers, centering reports on empirical data. Inspectors use paint thickness gauges, vernier calipers, endoscopes, and electronic stethoscopes on-site to measure panel thickness, detect signs of fastener removal, analyze weld point density, and assess hose/line aging.
Dynamic assessments cover driving stability across various road surfaces, steering self-centering torque, shift engagement shock in automatic transmissions, and parking brake holding capability on inclines. We also document dashboard warning light self-test logic, wiper operation frequency, and lighting system beam patterns.
Additional tests—such as A/C vent temperature differential, seat heater warm-up rates, or sunroof drain line patency—can be included based on specific order instructions. The report presents each measured value alongside reference ranges, enabling clients to quantitatively assess the vehicle’s remaining service life and the urgency of maintenance.
