Description
Provides direct reporting on vehicle condition for the European market, stripping away superfluous details to focus on measurable and reproducible metrics. Inspectors perform multi-point paint thickness sampling, measure body panel gaps and flushness, assess permanent compression deformation of weatherstripping, and inspect the condition of grease on door hinges. The powertrain assessment covers spark plug electrode color analysis, ignition coil primary resistance estimation, fuel injector spray pattern (via acoustic monitoring), and oxygen sensor heater operating current. Chassis inspections include measuring inner tie-rod end play, assessing the cracking severity of lower control arm rubber bushings, and measuring the free height of rear coil springs.
Optional tests based on specific requests include USB data communication functionality, AUX input noise floor levels, and SD card reader compatibility. The final report primarily consists of data tables.
