An on-site inspection service for the European market, combining visual observation with simple tool-based verification. Inspectors visit the vehicle to document items such as body-line continuity, wheel arch liner integrity, underbody shield security, and exhaust hanger elasticity.
Mechanical checks include inspecting the underside of the oil filler cap for emulsification, coolant color and clarity, brake fluid levels, and changes in power steering fluid odor. Dynamic assessments cover clutch engagement smoothness during takeoff, downshift response during mid-range acceleration, throttle lag when re-accelerating from a coast, and parking brake holding force on inclines.
Customizable checks include vanity mirror lighting uniformity, overhead light delay-off timing, or footwell light brightness. Reports are presented in an “Item Checked – Remarks” list format.
