Please read these “Terms and Conditions of Service” carefully before purchasing any services. By accessing this website, submitting an order, or completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the services provided on this website.
- Nature of Services
Coreverifyauto provides customized vehicle inspection, vehicle checking, vehicle information verification, and related electronic reporting services.
This website does not sell physical goods requiring standard logistics or shipping.
Depending on the order details, service results may be delivered to the customer via email, online links, electronic files, images, or other electronic means.
Consequently, orders on this website generally do not involve physical shipping, logistics tracking numbers, or records of physical delivery receipt.
- Customized Services
Certain services are customized based on the specific vehicle, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), vehicle location, inspection criteria, or other specific requirements designated by the customer.
Upon order submission, Coreverifyauto may begin preparing, scheduling, executing, or processing the relevant services in accordance with the order requirements.
As services may be tailored to the specific vehicle and requirements designated by the customer, the customer should verify the accuracy of the submitted vehicle information, VIN, email address, and other order details prior to placing an order.
Coreverifyauto shall not be held liable for delays resulting from the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information that prevents the service from proceeding as planned.
- One-Time Purchases and Billing
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order page, services provided by Coreverifyauto are “One-Time Purchases.”
A one-time purchase does not constitute a monthly, annual, or other recurring subscription.
Unless the order page clearly indicates a subsequent subscription or recurring billing arrangement, Coreverifyauto will not automatically charge the customer on a recurring basis for a single order.
An order is established once the customer confirms the order and completes the payment on the checkout page.
- Commencement and Immediate Fulfillment of Services
Due to the customized nature of the vehicle inspection services, Coreverifyauto may begin processing the order immediately upon receipt of payment and order information, including but not limited to:
Verifying information submitted by the customer;
Verifying vehicle information;
Scheduling or preparing for the vehicle inspection;
Contacting relevant inspectors or service resources;
Initiating vehicle information verification;
Commencing the generation or processing of inspection results;
Preparing the electronic inspection report;
Delivering service results to the customer electronically. Customers should note that once the performance of the relevant services has commenced, Coreverifyauto may have already incurred actual costs related to labor, technology, investigations, coordination, and other aspects of service delivery.
- Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Economic Area (EEA)
If mandatory consumer protection laws in the consumer’s location grant a statutory right of withdrawal, this clause does not exclude any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
For consumer transactions subject to EU/EEA regulations, the law stipulates different conditions regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal for “digital content” and “services.”
5.1 Digital Content
If an order involves digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, and the customer requests that the supply of such digital content begin immediately during the statutory withdrawal period, Coreverifyauto will—where required by applicable law—obtain the customer’s express consent to start the supply and their express acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Where permitted by applicable law: once the delivery of digital content has commenced, the user waives the 14-day right of withdrawal (return without reason).
The aforementioned loss of rights occurs only when all conditions prescribed by applicable law are met, including the consumer’s prior express consent to the immediate commencement of performance and express acknowledgment that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Under EU consumer rules, merely accepting general terms of service, using pre-ticked checkboxes, or completing a standard payment process does not automatically equate to the aforementioned express consent.
5.2 Vehicle Inspection Services
For orders involving vehicle inspections, vehicle checks, and other services, if the customer requests that the service be performed immediately during the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, Coreverifyauto will obtain the customer’s express request and relevant acknowledgment where required by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, if the service has been fully performed at the customer’s express request, and the customer has acknowledged—in accordance with applicable law—that they lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance, the customer may no longer exercise the statutory right of withdrawal for that service.
EU rules prescribe distinct conditions for the loss of the right of withdrawal following “full performance of services” versus “commencement of the supply of digital content”; therefore, Coreverifyauto treats these two sets of rules separately.
- Refunds and Cancellations
As some Coreverifyauto services are customized based on customer orders, customers should verify the accuracy of their order information as soon as possible after making payment. If a customer requests a cancellation before Coreverifyauto has commenced service fulfillment, Coreverifyauto will process the cancellation and refund request based on the order status, applicable laws, and the specific circumstances.
If service fulfillment has already begun—particularly where actual performance tasks such as vehicle inquiries, inspection scheduling, manual processing, third-party coordination, or report generation have taken place—refunds may be restricted.
Nothing in these terms constitutes a waiver of consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Proof of Service Delivery
To prevent order disputes and protect the interests of both parties to the transaction, Coreverifyauto may retain service records related to the order, including but not limited to:
Order number;
Payment records;
Vehicle information submitted by the customer;
VIN or vehicle identification details;
Customer email address;
Service start time;
Service processing records;
Inspection appointment or scheduling records;
Inspection photos;
Inspection results;
Report generation time;
Report transmission records;
Email transmission records;
Report download or access records (where technically available);
Communication records between the customer and Coreverifyauto;
Records of authorizations and confirmations submitted by the customer on the checkout page.
The aforementioned records may serve as evidence regarding the transaction and service fulfillment in the event of payment, service, or refund disputes.
- Customer Responsibilities
The customer shall ensure that they:
Provide true, accurate, and complete order information;
Provide a correct email address;
Provide accurate vehicle information;
Provide an accurate VIN where applicable;
Do not use a false identity or another person’s payment instrument to conduct transactions;
Do not use this website in a fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise illegal manner.
If the customer provides incorrect information resulting in discrepancies in the service outcome, Coreverifyauto shall not be liable for consequences directly caused by such incorrect information.
- Nature of Vehicle Inspection Results
Vehicle inspections and related reports are professional service outcomes based on information available, inspection conditions, vehicle status, and relevant data at the time the service is performed.
Coreverifyauto does not guarantee that the vehicle will maintain the same mechanical, electronic, or other condition in the future as it was at the time of inspection.
Unless expressly stipulated in the order, the vehicle inspection report does not constitute:
A warranty of vehicle quality;
A guarantee against future vehicle malfunctions;
A guarantee of investment returns on the vehicle;
An absolute guarantee of vehicle safety;
A manufacturer quality certification;
An official government certification. Customers should decide whether to purchase, use, or drive the relevant vehicle based on their own circumstances.
- Third-Party Information
Where applicable, the Service may reference third-party databases, public vehicle records, vehicle history information, or other third-party materials.
Coreverifyauto handles such information to the extent reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that all third-party materials are always complete, accurate, timely, or free from omissions.
Coreverifyauto assumes no liability—beyond what is permitted by applicable law—for errors in third-party databases, information delays, system failures, or refusals by third parties to provide data that are beyond Coreverifyauto’s reasonable control.
- Payment
The Website may process payments via third-party payment services.
Customers must ensure that the bank card, payment account, or other payment method used belongs to them or that they are legally authorized to use it.
If a payment is declined by the payment processor, issuing bank, or other financial institution, Coreverifyauto may suspend or cancel the relevant order.
- Prohibition of Fraudulent Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargeback requests with banks, payment processors, or third parties—without factual basis—after having actually received the service, inspection results, or reports, by intentionally providing false information, concealing facts, or engaging in other fraudulent conduct.
If a customer believes there is an issue with a transaction, they should first contact us at:
inspection@coreverifyauto.com
so that we may investigate the order, service records, and relevant information.
This clause does not restrict a customer’s right to file legitimate complaints or disputes with their card issuer, payment processor, or consumer protection agency in accordance with applicable law.
- No Restriction on Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, limit, or waive any rights that consumers are entitled to under the laws applicable in their place of residence and which cannot be excluded by contract.
In the event of a conflict between mandatory laws in the consumer’s country/region and these terms, the applicable mandatory laws shall prevail.
- Service Interruption
If the Service is delayed or temporarily unavailable due to causes beyond Coreverifyauto’s reasonable control—including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, inaccessibility of the vehicle’s location, third-party service interruptions, network failures, communication failures, or other events beyond reasonable control—Coreverifyauto will take reasonable measures to handle the order. 15. Website Content and Accuracy
Coreverifyauto strives to maintain the accuracy of information on the website but does not guarantee that all content is free from errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions at all times.
General statements on the website do not substitute for the actual service results provided for specific orders.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These terms concern cross-border consumer transactions.
Consumer protection rules mandated by the laws of the consumer’s country or region—which cannot be excluded by contract—shall remain applicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising in connection with the services on this website shall first be resolved through amicable consultation.
