Service Delivery

  1. Nature of Service

Coreverifyauto provides customized offline vehicle inspection, vehicle checking, and related verification services.

Once the customer completes the order and payment via the website, Coreverifyauto arranges the relevant offline services based on the vehicle information and order requirements submitted by the customer.

The completion of the service is primarily evidenced by the actual performance of the agreed-upon vehicle inspection, check, or related service.

If electronic reports, photos, or other electronic materials are provided to the customer upon completion of the service, such materials constitute the deliverables or supplementary documentation of the offline inspection service and do not alter the primary nature of the service ordered.

  1. Service Order Process

Coreverifyauto’s standard service process is generally as follows:

Step 1: Order Submission

The customer selects the desired vehicle inspection service on the website and submits the necessary information.

Depending on the specific service, the customer may be required to provide:

Vehicle make;
Vehicle model;
Vehicle year;
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number);
Vehicle location;
Contact person information;
Contact email address;
Other information necessary to complete the service.

The customer must ensure that the submitted information is accurate and complete.

Step 2: Payment Confirmation

Upon completion of the online payment by the customer, Coreverifyauto will confirm the order.

Successful payment does not imply the shipment of physical goods, as the services sold on this website are offline vehicle inspection services.

The customer will receive order confirmation information via the order confirmation page, email, or other reasonable means.

Step 3: Service Arrangement

Upon receipt of the order, Coreverifyauto will arrange the specific offline vehicle inspection service based on:

The vehicle specified by the customer;
The vehicle’s location;
The purchased service items;
Inspector availability;
Accessibility of the vehicle at the inspection site;
Local conditions;

and other relevant factors.

  1. Service Commencement Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order page, Coreverifyauto generally begins processing service arrangements after receiving payment and complete order information.

“Service commencement” may include:

Verifying the order;
Verifying vehicle information;
Contacting relevant personnel;
Confirming the vehicle’s location;
Scheduling the inspection time;
Assigning inspection personnel;
Coordinating with the vehicle’s location or relevant personnel;
Preparing inspection items;
Commencing the actual vehicle inspection.

Therefore, Coreverifyauto may begin incurring actual performance costs once the customer has completed payment.

4. Estimated Service Time

As this is a customized on-site service, the actual completion time depends on the vehicle’s location, the vehicle’s availability for inspection, inspector scheduling, local traffic conditions, and other practical factors.

Generally:

Once the order is confirmed, Coreverifyauto will contact the customer as soon as possible to confirm or schedule the inspection time.

Unless a specific service date is explicitly stated on the order page, service times listed on the website are estimates and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of a specific date or time.

If delays occur due to the vehicle’s location, inaccessibility, lack of cooperation from the vehicle owner, weather, traffic, third-party issues, or other factors beyond Coreverifyauto’s reasonable control, Coreverifyauto will communicate with the customer and reschedule the service as appropriate.

  1. On-site Service Locations

Vehicle inspections are typically conducted at:

The vehicle’s location;
The vehicle’s parking location;
A location mutually agreed upon by both parties;
Or other locations suitable for vehicle inspection.

The specific location may be determined based on the vehicle’s actual position and service conditions.

The customer must ensure the vehicle is available for inspection at the agreed time and location.

  1. Failure to Make the Vehicle Available

If the vehicle cannot be inspected at the agreed time due to reasons attributable to the customer, the vehicle owner, or other parties associated with the customer—including but not limited to:

The vehicle is not at the agreed location;
The vehicle is inaccessible at the inspection site;
The vehicle has been sold;
The vehicle has been moved;
The vehicle owner cannot be contacted;
Necessary inspection permissions cannot be obtained;
The customer provided an incorrect vehicle address;
The customer provided an incorrect VIN;
The customer provided incorrect contact information;

Coreverifyauto may negotiate with the customer to reschedule the inspection.

If rescheduling incurs additional reasonable costs, Coreverifyauto may require the customer to cover such costs after providing prior notice.

  1. Service Completion Standards

Unless otherwise agreed in the specific order, the inspection service is deemed fulfilled once Coreverifyauto has completed the primary inspection items as agreed and generated the corresponding service records.

Service completion may be confirmed through one or more of the following:

The inspector completes the on-site inspection;
Inspection records are completed;
Inspection photos are completed;
Vehicle inspection items are completed;
Inspection results are recorded;
The service report is completed;
The customer receives the service results;
Coreverifyauto sends a service completion notice to the customer.

As this is an on-site service, there is no requirement to provide a logistics tracking number to prove delivery. For offline services, Stripe accepts evidence such as appointment records, work logs, and proof of service completion to substantiate that the service was performed.

  1. Service Results and Electronic Materials

If an order includes a vehicle inspection report, photos, inspection records, or other electronic materials, Coreverifyauto may provide them after the offline inspection is completed via the following methods:

Email;
A secure online link;
The customer’s order page;
Other electronic methods agreed upon by both parties.

These electronic materials constitute the service results or related documentation following the completion of the offline vehicle inspection service.

If a customer does not receive the electronic materials, they should first check their spam folder, spam filters, and email storage capacity, and then contact us at:

inspection@coreverifyauto.com

  1. Delivery Time for Electronic Reports

If an order includes an electronic vehicle inspection report, Coreverifyauto typically sends the report after the relevant offline inspection is finished and the necessary information has been compiled.

As report preparation depends on the actual inspection results, the delivery time may vary based on factors such as:

The number of inspection items;
The number of photos;
The condition of the vehicle;
Information verification;
The service location;
Third-party data;
Manual processing time.

Unless a specific time is explicitly promised on the order page, the delivery time for the report is an estimate.

  1. Customer Cooperation Requirements

To ensure the service is completed as planned, the customer should:

Provide accurate vehicle information;
Provide the accurate VIN;
Provide the accurate vehicle location;
Provide a valid email address;
Ensure the vehicle is available for inspection;
Obtain permission from the vehicle owner if necessary;
Respond promptly to service scheduling information from Coreverifyauto;
Provide information reasonably required to complete the service.

Delays or the inability to complete the service caused by the customer providing incorrect information do not constitute an unjustified delay on the part of Coreverifyauto.

  1. No Logistics Tracking Numbers for Offline Services

After purchasing Coreverifyauto services, customers should not expect to receive:

Courier packages;
Physical products;
Logistics tracking numbers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS);
Physical proof of delivery/receipt.

This is because the service provided by this website is an offline vehicle inspection service.

If a customer receives an electronic report, that report serves solely to record and present the results of the offline vehicle inspection service.

12. Service Fulfillment Records

To ensure order transparency and address potential disputes regarding payments or services, Coreverifyauto may retain records related to order fulfillment, including:

Order number;
Payment time;
Order confirmation time;
Information submitted by the customer;
VIN;
Vehicle location;
Service appointment records;
Service scheduling records;
Email correspondence with the customer;
Work records involving inspectors;
Inspection time;
Inspection location;
Inspection photos;
Inspection results;
Service reports;
Report delivery records;
Service completion notifications;
Customer confirmation details;
Other reasonable records evidencing service fulfillment.

These materials may be used for customer service, internal record-keeping, refund processing, payment disputes, or legitimate legal proceedings.

Stripe’s dispute handling guidelines explicitly recommend that merchants retain materials proving that the service was provided, as well as evidence of the customer’s agreement to the terms of service and refund policy.

  1. Customer Confirmation of Service Completion

Where applicable, Coreverifyauto may require the customer to confirm receipt of the service results via email or the order page.

For example:

“I confirm that I have received the vehicle inspection service results related to this order.”

Customer confirmation records may serve as supplementary evidence of service fulfillment.

However, the absence of a proactive response to a confirmation email by the customer does not automatically imply that the service was not completed.

Determinations regarding service completion will be based on a comprehensive assessment of the order, actual inspection records, and other relevant evidence.

  1. Service Delays

If Coreverifyauto is unable to complete the service within the estimated timeframe, we will notify the customer within a reasonable period.

Reasons that may cause delays include:

Inspector unavailability;
Change in vehicle location;
Inability to access the vehicle at the inspection site;
Lack of cooperation from the vehicle owner;
Severe weather;
Traffic issues;
Local safety concerns;
Unavailability of third-party services;
Communication or network failures;
Government or regulatory measures;
Other events beyond reasonable control.

Where required by applicable law, the customer’s statutory rights regarding cancellation, refunds, or other consumer protections remain unaffected by these terms.

15. Inability to Complete Service

If Coreverifyauto is unable to complete the service under reasonable circumstances, we will take appropriate measures based on the specific order and applicable laws, such as:

Rescheduling the inspection;
Providing a reasonable alternative;
Consulting with the customer to cancel the order;
Issuing a refund in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy.

This clause does not exclude any non-waivable rights to which the consumer is entitled by law.

  1. Order Status Notifications

Coreverifyauto may send the following to the customer via the email address provided at the time of the order:

Order confirmation;
Service scheduling notifications;

Service delay notifications;
Service completion notifications;

Other service communications directly related to the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is capable of receiving emails.
